"Jacek is Polish drug dealer, working on the back streets of Manchester. Attempting to provide for his vulnerable sister, he lures a young man to a derelict house, where his sibling awaits.
We meet Adéla, a slender and pale girl, much younger than her brother and all is not as it would seem. She captivates the young man Jacek brings to her, and it would appear she too is infatuated with him – but for very different reasons.
The young man is fixated with Adéla’s flawed beauty, but Adéla can only see one thing in the young man - food!
Jacek is guilt-ridden with the task he must carry out for his sister to survive in this world, but through his narration we learn of his will to survive. He struggles with the death and the blood he brings home, but for Adéla he accepts it, nonetheless."
