A young couple in LA has an on-and-off relationship, as they try to figure out their lives and careers. Today they both feel a bit more mature and more appreciative of each other, and their deep connection. The film catches them at the time when, despite their differences, they are desperately trying to reconnect yet again and create a future together, when a random shooter starts a gun fire in the restaurant and kills them.
